Sun Sept 11 - Rest Day

We are on a 6 day program, with Sundays as a rest day. Please take the time today to do any extra mobility work that is required to improve your range-of-motion, or spend the day being active however you can. We spend a lot of hard hours in the gym every week, ensure sleep and recovery are a top priority.

That being said, we may be opening hours up on Sundays here and there, for those that want to work on specific skills or movements. More details to come.
