Day 1 of this program will be to identify what our skills and movement patterns are, and how to get them to where we want to be. Sundays will be technique based, with lots of coaching and video analysis. From there, drills, exercises, and focused effort will be the way to confident lifting. Perfect practice makes perfect, and this is the program to develop competency with the lifts. Here is our agenda:

Snatch Doubles - build to 60% and make them consistently beautiful :)

Snatch Pull Doubles - perfect reps focusing on balance and vertical bar path

Overhead Squats - build to 100% for doubles

We will have about 30 minutes for each movement. Remember, it's not about getting reps in, it's about knowing how to make the next rep better.
