Clean Deadlifts 8 x 2 building up to 90%

 - stop and reset in the bottom

 - focus on keeping your chest up and feet flat when knees track back

EMOM x 14 Minutes:
3 DB Deadlifts @ 35/50

3 Hang Clean + Thruster @ 35/50

 - this is going to burn a bit, if you are running low on time and need more recovery, drop to 2 reps for each movement but go for the full 14 minutes
