SFYXE Takes On The 2017 CFG Open - Thursday Night Run Through

To better accommodate our attempt at completing this year's Open, we will be watching the workout announcement at the gym at 7pm on Thursdays, and performing the workout immediately afterwards. This is only available to those that have signed up for the Open, that would need a video to submit a video online. We will still be going to Brio East/South on Saturdays, this is just for those that want multiple attempts at the workout or are unable to attend the Saturday session. Of course, anyone is welcome to come watch and/or judge :)
