Behind the neck snatch grip push presses
- build to heavy single with 3s pause at the top

Thu Feb 9

Deadlift to hip + Clean + Jerk
- build to heavy 1 + 1 + 1

Behind the neck jerks
- build to heavy single with 3s pause before recovery
