Alternating EMOM x 21:
6-8 Thrusters/Front Squats @ 75/105 + 3-5 Burpees
6-8 Chest-to-bar Pull-ups + 3-5 Burpees
6-8 Toes-to-bar/Sit-ups + 3-5 Burpees
Lots of work in one minute, think overall volume when choosing rep values. I would rather see you increase reps as the workout goes on than decrease.
