FREE Learn-To-CrossFit Foundations, Sat Apr 9th

If you've been wanting to experience CrossFit but are afraid of the commitment, join us this Saturday for a FREE course on the basics. Starting at 12pm, we'll cover squats, deadlifts, presses, pull-ups, and the many variations of these movements. From 2-2:30pm we will walk through a workout to apply your newfound knowledge. At the end of the workout we can discuss any questions you have. There is NO obligation to sign up and this is open to ANYONE that is looking to learn more about these movements. We will have multiple coaches on hand to provide feedback that you can take with you to wherever it may be that you work out.
