Powerlifting Begins Monday, September 17th

If you are looking to perform more of the classic lifts, solely want to focus on getting stronger in the squat, bench press, and deadlift, or are looking for more fun lifting heavy things, you can now join our Powerlifting program. Mondays at 6pm (with more coached hours available depending on attendance) will be a coached session, with Open Gym times available from Tuesday - Thursday weekly. We will be opening up Saturday afternoons as well in the near future. The best part? It’s all part of your CrossFit membership, no additional membership fees so no additional financial commitments to try it out.
