Intro To Strength Training - Saturday, November 16th 11:30am - 1:30pm

This Saturday we will be hosting an introduction to strength training class for all levels and all ages. We will be focusing on the following movements:

Front Squats
Back Squats
Deadlifts
Presses
*Cleans
*Snatches

*pending time limitations

This class will be for anyone that is looking for more information and feedback on these movements whether they train at home, in a commercial gym on their own, or are looking to practice the basics (EVERYONE can improve on the basics) in a small group setting.

These sessions are $31.50 and can be purchased by sending an e-transfer to sherry@strongfityxe.com. If you are new to our gym, you can fill an online waiver form out here.
