StrongFit Mock Weightlifting Meet Registration

Our Mock Weightlifting Meet is scheduled to begin at 11:30am on Sunday, December 8th. Members can begin warming up at 10:30am following the conclusion of the Recovery class (recommended that you attend this class). We will have a digital scale available for those that would like to record their body weight for this meet (not required). While we will walk through the logistics of what a formal weightlifting meet would look like, they will be used as guidelines and this is meant as an educational day rather than a competitive one. Registration is mandatory as we will need to organize approximate lift times; register by using the link to sign into the class that day. *We will be using pound plates so attempts should be recorded in pounds, weight classes should be converted to using kilograms.
