Pre-Class Registration

Many of you have already begun signing into classes but here are the step-by-step instructions on how to set up your MindBody account:

Step 1: Download the app by heading to this link.

Step 2: Create your login.

Step 3: Choose the class you would like to sign up for and voila!

Schedule Changes & Additions

We are moving ahead with class pre-registration to manage class sizes, as those with a more flexible schedule can attend smaller classes. To further help with managing class sizes, we will be altering the 7am classes to have specific workouts for each day:

Monday, Wednesday, Friday: Functional Bodybuilding + Gymnastics

Tuesday, Thursday: Barbell Club

We will also be adding classes to our evening schedule:

Tuesday, Thursday: 7:30pm CrossFit

Our mission has always been to provide you with the best member experience that we can. Managing smaller classes gives us the ability to spend more time with each individual in class, helping each person with what they need to progress. As always, your feedback guides our schedule and we love to hear from you. Changes will take place on November 18th.
