Strength For Life Program Registration

It’s coming! In the new year we will be offering a 9 week strength and conditioning program for those new to strength training. Our focus is on developing movement mechanics, how to move objects safely and effectively, and developing core and lower body strength. This program is for the beginner and beyond, if you would like more information please contact jason@strongfityxe.com to see a short video on what a typical class would look like.

The cost of the program is $210 after tax with classes running on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays from 3-4pm, dates are from January 3rd until February 28th.
