Part A:

 

3 rounds at 80% speed:

 

45 seconds echo bike 

15 bicep curls (you choose weight… switch grip each round from pronated to supinated to hammer)

15 push ups with a different hand position on each rep

15 wall sit squats while pinning a medball against wall

10 glute bridge walk outs and back in 

 

Part B:

 

3 rounds at 80% speed 

 

30 seconds single leg single unders left side 

30 seconds single leg single unders right side

20 1-arm DB strict press in a split position (10 each side.. also switch split position)

20 DB cross body raises (10 each side)

20 Bulgarian split squats (10 per side… body weight or very light DB)

20 steps DB hamstring march 

 

Part C:

 

10 rounds:

 

8 jumping jacks 

8 high knees 

8 butt kickers 

10 sit ups
