Do you have what it takes to be a leader at StrongFit?

StrongFit is a small CrossFit gym but one that is dedicated to its members and coaches. We have grown steadily in our nearly three and a half years of operation and were recently nominated for the Greater Saskatoon Chamber of Commerce’s SABEX Customer Service Award.

We are looking to fill part-time coaching hours, or offer full-time employment involving a variety of roles such as team training, programming, and coaching. We have high expectations which is why we offer benefits and compensation packages above and beyond that of the industry standard. Our coaches are here for personal growth, continued coaching development, and personal fulfillment in delivering members the best hour of their day and in improving their quality of life.

We are looking for someone who is truly passionate about helping others. We focus on the member experience which is about the health, happiness, and success of our members in their pursuit of a healthier lifestyle. Our training staff lead by example and are happy, humble, hungry, and healthy individuals:

  • They are happy because they live with a positive demeanor and with a growth mindset. They can accomplish anything they work towards by establishing routines through daily habits.

  • They are humble because they understand their roles as a coach and a member. They put the team and other members first, are the most coachable of all StrongFitters, and they do more than is expected of them.

  • They are hungry in their pursuit of excellence as a human being, as a coach, and in making every member feel special every day. They can see the learning opportunity in everything they do and will use their interactions with members to grow and develop themselves socially and as coaches.

  • They are uncompromising in maintaining their healthy lifestyles and keep a vision of a healthier world in mind in leading a world-class fitness program. They commit to each minute of every class, working towards better moving humans and a strong social connection between them and members, and strengthening the community by facilitating the bond between members.

All candidates should have a minimum of 1 year of CrossFit experience. CrossFit Level 1 Certification is an asset but is not required. Any and all certifications or education in the health and fitness industry will be considered assets but are not required.

All applicants would go through a 3 month period as a member and coach-in-training regardless of experience levels. Applicants can submit a short write-up on why they think they would be a good fit as a leader at StrongFit, along with a resume, to jason@strongfityxe.com.
