Every 4 Minutes x 6 Rounds:
200m Run
10 Toes to Bar / Knee-Raises
5-5-4-4-3-3 Hang Power Cleans
Round 1 & 2: do 5 hang power cleans
Rounds 3 & 4: do 4 hang power cleans
Rounds 5 & 6: do 3 hang power cleans
Start around 70-75% of 1RM power clean and build provided mechanics are not sloppy. Each round should take less than 2:30 and be kept unbroken.
