You are looking to move at a pace where your last row can be completed in the same time as the first, if not faster. All movements should be done at a steady pace and completed in under 4 minutes, allowing for 2 minutes of rest before the next movement begins. GOAL: be consistent in movements so that your last thruster/row/stroke on rower looks exactly the same as your first.
