Each with a rower set up at the back of their space, one partner will stay on the rower to accumulate calories while the other partner completes the following work:

10 Alternating Hang Power Split Snatch @ 75/55
30 Minute AMRAP
Each partner should be working at their own pace, do not push on this workout if it is your active recovery day
