Stimulus

1) Build up in sets of 3-5 reps until you feel you are at a weight that would be difficult to do for 10 reps (roughly 75-85%) and then go for it. Give yourself 2-3 minutes between attempts

2) Complete 2 rounds of running and wallballs and with whatever time is remaining, complete as many bar-facing burpees as possible. Each round of running + wallballs should take 7 minutes or less (4-5 minute run, 2-3 minute wallballs)
