Stimulus
1) Warm up to roughly 70% doing doubles and then take small jumps to see how far you can get today. Focus on getting low and hang out in the bottom of the squat during your warm-up sets so you’re ready to get low when it gets heavy
2) Goal is to get through all of the work in as few sets as possible. Limiters will be grip and toes-to-bar; select a rep scheme that allows for good use of your rest time (ie alternate back and forth between hang power snatches and toes-to-bar in small sets). 18 minute cap
