1) Hang Power Snatch: Build to technical double

2) 10 Rounds:

7 Alternating DB Power Snatches
7 Knee-Raises (Or Abmat Sit-ups)
7 Box Jumps (Or Step-ups)

Workout of the day

1) Squat Snatch: Build to heavy double

2) “Quantum Leap”

10 Rounds:
7 Power Snatches @ 75/55
7 Toes-To-Bar
7 Box Jumps

Stimulus

1) Hang on if you can but drop singles if you must. Try them from the hang if you have trouble with keeping the bar close off the floor

2) Move quickly (1.5-2 mins/round) and hang on. Goal is to be consistent in your rounds so break them up early and structure your rest so that you don’t burn out before the halfway mark
