Stimulus

1) Power Cleans can be from the hang if needed, reps are to be touch-and-go (cannot drop the bar between reps)

2) Rounds get quicker as you go with the first round taking 5-6 minutes. Recovery pace on the row, drop singles on the power cleans, up to 2 minutes on the double-unders
