“Open WOD 24.2”

20 Minute AMRAP:
300m Row
10 Deadlifts @ 185/125
50 Double-unders

Strategies

1) you can do some double-unders and the weight is difficult but you can do deadlifts in small sets (or singles): steady pace on the row, take short breaks on deadlifts, and do alternating singles and double-unders but do as RX. Even if you are not able to skip for whatever reason, do the first two movements as RX and submit a score up to here, then substitute the skipping and continue with the workout

2) you can do everything but struggle to string together large sets on double-unders: steady pace on the rower, 2-3 quick sets on DLs to keep HR down, then do very small sets of DUs in order to keep reps strung together. You can follow a timer here and do a round every x minutes to structure rest intervals in there

3) there are no major limitations: steady pace on row or slightly slower in order to keep double-unders unbroken. Deadlifts can be unbroken if you are not prone to lower back fatigued when combined with rowing. Expect a round every 2.5-3 mins so up to 80 deadlifts at 400 double-unders
