1) Squat Snatch Complex: 1 Squat Snatch + 1 Snatch Balance OR 2 Hang Squat Snatches

10 Hang Power Snatches (Or Cleans)
12 Burpees
*add weight to snatch after every 3 rounds

2) “Less And Less”

10 Snatches @ 95/65
12 Bar-Facing Burpees

Stimulus

1) Start in the rack if you are doing a snatch balance + squat snatch. Option here is to go from the floor for two consecutive hang squat snatches if you are working on getting under the bar

2) Meant to be quick, keep snatches light enough that you can do sets unbroken and then keep moving on the burpees
