Stimulus

1) For this workout, both partners are working at the same time. Partner 1 will start on the run and head out for 400m, taking roughly 2:30-3 minutes. Partner 2 will complete an AMRAP of deadlifts/box/bike until partner 1 is back from the run. You will pick where your partner left off of.
