“Speakeasy”

Every 4 minutes x 10 Rounds:

  • 12 Sandbag Cleans @ 100/70

  • 9 Sandbags Squats

  • Calorie Row for remainder

Stimulus

Alternate shoulders for sandbag cleans. You can use a d-ball if the 70lb bag is heavier than you can do 12 reps under 2 minutes. Squats should be unbroken. Row is at a recovery/practice pace.
