Stimulus

1) The goal is to start these sets at the prescribed percentages and stay within that range throughout the three sets. These can be completed as unbroken sets or drop singles. Focus on explosive power from the floor, then being quick under the bar and catch in your power position.

2) This workout is 20 minutes long, going through five rounds of 4 movements, one minute each. Start with a light bar for bent over rows, aiming to work for 45 seconds. Choose a push up variation that you are able to do sets of 5 at throughout the minute. Work for 45 seconds for the air squats and finish with a pull up variation that allows for sets of at least 3 reps at a time.
