Stimulus

1) These reps should be completed as single reps, not touch and go reps. Move precisely through each rep, focusing on maintaining form throughout. Reps will decrease as weights increase.

2) For this team workout, you will work together during the burpees and run, both working at the same time. Once you reach the snatches, you will only have ONE partner working at a time, switching however you need to. For the burpees to be synchro, you just need to both have your chest touching the ground at the same time before you can come back up. Your Power Snatch weight should be roughly 45% of your 1RM power snatch.
