Workout of the day

1) Snatch Complex: Build to heavy set of 1 Power Snatch + 2 Squat Snatches + 3 Overhead Squats

Move

5 Rounds:
15 Hang Power Snatches (Or 20 Alt. DB Snatches)
1200/1000m Echo Bike
9 DB Front Squats

2) “When Randy Meets Nancy”

For Time:
75 Power Snatches @ 75/55
Rest 2 Minutes
5 Rounds:
1200/1000m Echo Bike
15 Overhead Squats @ 95/65

Stimulus

1) Build to a heavy complex for the day, option to do 3 power cleans + 3 front squats

2) First part is done as quickly as possible so you can earn your 2 minute rest. Next part is done as quickly as possible with the goal of unbroken overhead squats, select a weight (can be an empty bar) that allows that
