1) Mobility - Coach’s Choice

2) “Active Recovery”

20 Minute Alternating EMOM:
- Heavy Sled Push (walk or run)
- V-Snap Sit-ups
- Front Plank Hold (Weighted)
- Double-Dumbbell Overhead Walk

Walk through these movements and stop at the 30s mark OR perform this as 5 Rounds for Max Reps if you are looking to work hard today
