Stimulus

1) Warm up with a 5-4-3-2-1-1-1…to get to a heavy single for the day.

2) Goal is to finish a round in under 5 minutes, 15 minute cap. Front squats can be done in 1-2 sets, pull-ups in 2-4 sets, skips in under 1 minute
