1) “Solitary Confinement”

For Time:
100 Lateral Burpees Over Rower

Every 2 Minutes [Starting @ 0:00]:
250/200 Meter Row

Stimulus

1) Get through the burpees as quickly as you can but start every 2 minutes with a 250/200m row. Rows will take roughly one minute giving you a minute to get through as many burpees as you can until you reach 100 in total. Step over the rower if you are unable to jump or do stationary burpees. 20 Minute cap.

Move: Start with the row and complete as many burpees as you can in the remaining time. Keep the pace slow to maintain output for the ten rounds.
