1) Front Squats: Do a set every 2 minutes:

2) “Bergeron Beep Test”

7 Rounds For Time:
7 Thrusters @ 75/55
7 Pull-ups
7 Burpees

Stimulus

1) If you do not have a 1RM FS then build to a heavy double using the following rep scheme: 6-6-6-4-4-4-2-2-2

2) This is a version of the Bergeron Beep Test that we have not completed before. Aim is to be as fast and unbroken as possible, expecting fatigue to come early on. Cap of 15 minutes
