1) “Nintendo”
9 Minute AMRAP:

21 Deadlifts @ 115/85
15 Toes-To-Bar
9 Power Snatches @ 115/85

2) Pull-up Conditioning
Every 2 Minutes x 5 Rounds:
1 Unbroken sets of Chest-To-Bar Pull-ups / Pull-ups / 5 Tempo Ring Rows
Recovery Row in Remaining Time

Stimulus

1) Choose a weight that is ~50% of your 1RM Power Snatch or something you can do 10+ in a row. Deadlifts will feel light here, enjoy it. Toes-to-bar should be done in large sets, combine with kip swings or kipping knee raises to keep the shoulders moving.

2) Try as many different ways as possible to get 5+ consecutive CTB Pull-ups (supinated grip, banded, jumping + eccentric) and with whatever time is left in a two minute window, do a cooldown row.
