1) Build to a technically difficult load and stay there for five sets. If you are limited by your overhead squat then you can do 4 power snatches instead of adding overhead squats, just catch as low as you can :)
2) Select a weight that allows for overhead squats to be completed in 2-3 sets as this will likely be the limiter. The same barbell is used for the whole workout. Overhead squats can be subbed with overhead lunges, front rack lunges, or front squats
