Looking to have a bit of fun and develop some skills today. The volume of the workout will be dependent on the skills you select; a minute of strict pull-ups will yield more reps than 3 strict ring muscle-ups but they may take the same amount of time. There are many options of skills to work on here, consult with your coach to create an individualized workout suited to your skills and goals
