1) Overhead Squat: Every 2.5 Minutes x 6: 6 @ 70, 4 @ 73, 2 @ 75, 6 @ 73, 4 @ 75, 2 @ 78%

For Time:
20 Power Cleans
20 Bench Press
20 Overhead Squats

Barbell @ 185/125

Stimulus

1) I would prefer if you can work on overhead squats here, using a PVC pipe, PVC pipe + 2.5lb plate, or even an empty barbell. Use this movement to IMPROVE mobility (end-range of motion strength and control) as opposed to training the usual squat muscles that are plenty strong already

2) A very fast workout, have a separate barbell set up for the bench and stagger starts as needed to share space/equipment with others. Time cap of 12 minutes so do your best to estimate what weights would get you under that time. Can sub overhead squats for front squats here if needed but hopefully you’ve loosened up by now :)
