Stimulus
1) You will start this complex around 50% of your 1RM Front Squat and build in weight from there. It is intended that you complete the whole set unbroken, meaning you do not let go of the bar for the entirety for the whole complex.
2) Choose weights/reps that allow you to complete the Clean & Jerks in 2 minutes or less. You’ll switch when Partner 1 finishes the 10 reps total. You will have only 20:00 to work through these stations back and forth.
