1) Strict Press: Every 2.5 Minutes x 6 Rounds: 4-5 Strict Press @ 56-68%

Move

3 Minute AMRAP, 1 Minute Rest, 5 Rounds:
3 Push-ups
6 Hang Power Snatches (Or Alt. DB Snatches)
9 Box Jumps (Or Air Squats)

2) “The 5 Stages of Chief”

3 Minute AMRAP, 1 Minute Rest, 5 Rounds:
3 Handstand Push-ups
6 Power Snatches @ 95/65
9 Box Jump Overs @ 24/20

Stimulus

1) Look to maintain up to 5 reps for all sets but drop down to 4 if fatigue sets in. Focus on a tight midline and close bar path (elbows forward)

2) Select movements and weights that allow for 1.5 - 2 rounds to be completed each interval. Find a maintainable pace as 1 minute is not much rest. Carry on where you left of from the previous round
