Details

1) Perform 1 Power Snatch + 1 Squat Snatch every minute on the minute x 10 rounds, building to a technical double (approximately 75%).

2) Complete this workout in short bursts, switching frequently and working at a high intensity. Start lighter on the power snatches and finish with a slightly higher weight that you can complete multiple touch-and-go reps of. Aiming for a 15 minute workout.
