10 Push Presses @ 95/65
10 Front Squats
100m Run
9 Push Presses
9 Front Squats
100m Run

Continue until 1, 1, 100m

Stimulus

1) Build to a heavy set of 5 push presses, focus on hitting extension with hips and knees and maintaining (no re-bending of knees or hips)

2) Fast workout, choose a weight that is no more than 50% of your 1RM push press and keep movements unbroken
