Stimulus

1) You will be building in weight over four sets. Stay within the prescribed percentages, starting at 77% roughly and ending at around 87%. Grab a spotter for those heavy doubles!

2) This is a chipper style workout to push you through a larger rep scheme in each movement. Choose weights that allow you to complete at least 10 reps on the minute for all movements. You are required to have both feet in the air for the lateral burpee over the barbell.
