Strategy
If these movements or weights are a challenge, your goal is to take things slow on the wall walks and row and chip away at the wall walks and barbell movements. Small sets of deadlifts (sets of 3-5 reps), singles on the cleans, and possibly singles on the snatches. Wall walks are a shoulder and core burner so make sure you’re as upright as you can be on the ascent and descent and spend as little time under tension as possible. Short breaks here between reps and rest while kneeling to save your breath. For those that are looking to get deep into this workout or to finish in the 20 minutes, you’ll have roughly 1 minute per set of wall walks, 3 minutes on each row, and a maximum of 3 minutes on each barbell movement.
