A Rounds: 30 Abmat Sit Ups
B Rounds: 30 Air Squats

Stimulus

1) This is a chance to get in some quality movements and sweat a bit. Work at a moderate pace. Alternate between sit ups and squats each round. Choose variations that allow for bodyweight movements to take around 1:00, giving you equal time on the bike.
