1) 1 Power Clean + 1 Hang Clean
Build to heavy technical load, perform 3 sets at that weight

Move
20 Minute AMRAP:
500/400m Row
30 Air Squats
30 Push Presses @ 40/25

2) “Kelly”
5 Rounds:
400m Run / 500m Row / 1200m Bike
30 Box Jumps @ 24/20
30 Wallballs @ 20/14

Cap: 25 Minutes

Stimulus
1) Perform 1 power clean and then go right into 1 hang squat clean. Build to where you are challenged by the weight then perform 3 sets at your heaviest load

2) Looking to keep moving here as there is a lot of volume to do in a short period of time. Legs will be very tired, take that into account when doing box jumps. Scale to perform each round in under 5 minutes
