1) You will be performing 5 sets of 2 bench press at a time. The goal is to Build or maintain weights around 85-90% of your 1RM. Ensure the bar reaches the chest each rep. Grab a spotter for these heavy doubles.
2) You can split this workout any way you like with your partner. Aim to finish a full round in 6 minutes or less.
