Stimulus
1) You will perform this workout in teams of three. One teammate does a full two minutes, then you will switch. Al teammates will do 18, then 15, then 12 …etc. You will score how many cals you get on the bike. With twice the amount of rest, look to move very quickly during your 2:00 work windows. Choose a barbell weight that you can complete in 1-2 quick moving sets each round. Sub barbell snatches with alternating dumbbell snatches as a scaling option.
