Stimulus

1) You will be completing 3 sets of six reps. All sets should be completed at roughly the same weight, aiming to stay at 75%.

2) Every minute you will complete 6 Alternating SIngle Leg Squats as you chip away through this AMRAP. Choose reps that allow you to complete each bodyweight station in no more than 5 sets. Scale accordingly. If pistols are still quite challenging, sub them for squats or off the box single squats.
