50 Dumbbell Overhead Squat

Stimulus

1) You will be performing 2 rounds of this longer endurance workout. For the dumbbell run, use two dumbbells (one in each hand). Use a single dumbbell for the overhead squats. Choose a weight you can do for alternating sets of five. The next run is not weighted so it will feel quite light. The last squats are air squats, so break them up or do a slow steady pace.
