EMOM x 30:

  • Burpee to 6” target

  • Alternating Single Leg Squats (or box step-ups/downs)

  • Calorie Row

Stimulus

Stand under a pull-up bar that is roughly 6” above your reach and then do a burpee followed by a jump and two-hand touch, single-leg squats can be assisted with plate under your heel, counter-balance weight in front, or toe behind your ankle. Calorie row can be whatever intensity you are seeking for the day
