Stimulus
Goal is to work through the bike at a pace that is maintainable as you may only get 30s of rest/transition time. Toes-to-bar should be completed unbroken (30s or less) and can be a combination of knee-raises and TTB attempts. Try to think of maintaining a consistent pace for all 7 rounds (start at a warm-up speed)
